STRENGTH, STAMINA, SCULPT & STRETCH
It doesnt matter what you’re looking for in your fitness routine, we’ve got you covered!
Our reformer pilates group classes hold a maximum of 6 people and our studio group classes (yoga, barre, pilates mat, etc) hold a maximum of 16 people so our knowledgable and experienced instructors can focus on you and ensuring you get the most out of your workout.
REFORMER PILATES CLASSES
Using traditional Pilates principles, this strong workout flows from start to finish. Using spring options to challenge you, Reformer STRENGTH is a total body workout that builds strength and endurance and will improve your balance, stability, and strength. We recommend doing at least 5 Reformer SCULPT classes before attending a STRENGTH class.
REFORMER STRENGTH
Designed to lengthen and sculpt your muscles whilst increasing mobility, balance and stability. This class combines traditional Pilates movement with the challenge of functional training using the Reformer and small equipment. We recommend doing at least 5 of these SCULPT classes before attending a STRENGTH or CARDIO class.
REFORMER SCULPT
This energetic, low-impact class combines traditional Pilates exercises with fitness-based movements. It is designed to strengthen your core, increase your heart rate and work every major muscle group – the perfect class for those wanting the benefits of Pilates, amp’d up with an extra calorie burn. We recommend doing at least 5 Reformer SCULPT classes before attending a CARDIO class. *Not recommended for those recovering from injury.
REFORMER SWEAT
*Group reformer sessions are not advised for injuries and after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Postnatal, please provide clearance from your doctor. The minimum return to class is 8 weeks Postpartum.
STUDIO CLASSES

Looking for a transformative workout? this full-body workout combines the science of Pilates with the energy of dance to improve your stamina, stability and balance. Experience high energy, uplifting music and inspiring instruction to challenge your mental and physical strength. Repetition and pulsing of small movements to the beat of the music will target all muscle groups to sculpt and strengthen the whole body. Using small hand weights, a playground ball and resistance bands, you’ll feel the burn and see the results in no time!
XTEND BARRE
for strength & sculpt
This class will put power in your moves with targeted toning and strength training utilising our signature XTEND ankle weights. Expect to burn more calories and improve you endurance in this amplified XTEND class.
XTEND POWER 30
POWER PILATES
for sculpt & stability
Utilising a range of props, or Power Pilates class will include all the elements of Mat Pilates you adore...amped up to the MAX! Focusing on core stability, strength and muscular endurance, you will leave each class feeling stronger and re-energised!

Utilising the fitball, this class will challenge the whole body, with a focus on the deep stabilising core muscles. designed to assist in developing technique and form, XTEND Fitball will lengthen and condition your muscles, whilst boasting a challenging workout for your core.
